Welcome to Oli’s! Tradition with a Twist. Chef Oli’s passion in the kitchen developed early with guidance from her mother and grandmother. She was born in a small southern costal town in Tamaulipas, Mexico. By age 7, she had mastered family recipes going back over 100 years. From there, her intuitive style, passion, and imagination led her to start developing and perfecting unique recipes still talked about by family. We have made our mission to serve delicious food that is healthy, fresh, and responsibly sourced all while being fun, intriguing and unique. The use of fresh organic ingredients served with unparalleled presentation are hallmarks of the chef’s philosophy on cooking.
