Perissos is home to a 16-acre family-owned vineyard with wines made from 100% Texas-grown fruit. Perissos is more than a vineyard, though. Perissos partners with other select Texas growers to enhance the diversity and quality of their wine portfolio, thus bringing better wine options to the Texas Hill Country. The result of Perissos’ partnerships with other growers is award-winning, handcrafted wines that beautifully express the unique characteristics of the Central Texas landscape.
