MUSEO BENINI
MUSEO BENINI showcases 6,500 sq. ft. galleries offering the possibility to view the evolution of Italian artist Benini’s paintings and three-dimensional works since the 1960’s to the current work. This includes his early paintings of the Superroses, the symbolic and surrealistic work of the 80’s, the geometric series of the 90’s and the more recent works of an abstract nature. The 35-acre ranch also has outdoor walking sculpture trails.
Sculptures on Main
There is a very unique showing of public art within the Historic Downtown Marble Falls area. The various sculptures along Main Street represent the best of artists from around the region. There is also a Street Fest each Fall called Sculpture on Main where new public art is installed.
Pogue Sculpture Gallery & Foundry
Master sculptor Dan Pogue has installed public art worldwide. His bronze monuments are commissioned by corporate as well as private collectors. Many churches have purchased his religious statues and sacred art. Pogue's new sculpture series of animals, mostly African, are done with a contemporary flair. Pogue uses polished positive shapes that overlap the negative spaces and some bright colored patinas.
