A: Click here to find out more: www.MarbleFalls.org

Q: What is the route of the parade?

A: The parade has been extended to begin at the intersection of Main & Broadway and end at Yett & Main. Here is a map detailing where to park, where there are restrooms, and the route the parade will be taking.

Q: Will masks be mandatory?

A: Yes, per the request of our Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott.

Q: How are you ensuring this is a safe event for everyone?

A: We have extended the route to allow for social distancing and encourage spectators to wear masks when social distancing isn’t possible. All of the participants in the parade walk are required to wear masks. We are relying on our community to act responsibly and to think of their fellow neighbor’s preferences when attending the parade. If you are uncomfortable with attending the parade, we will be live streaming our parade here.

A: Below is a schedule of road closures. ALL Cars on Main Street must be removed by 3:00 PM on the day of the parade. Please keep in mind: Parade Floats will be lining Ave L & 6th street, so please proceed with caution while traveling through this area. These streets will not close.

Q: Will the floats throw candy this year?

A: We are not allowing any type of distribution; this being candy, toys, promotional material, ect.. This is in response to concerns about the Covid-19 virus and the ability for participants in the parade to maintain distance from spectators.

Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Yes, if they are accustomed to crowds and are on a leash. You are required to pick up any messes they may leave behind.

Q: I am concerned about the crowds that gather after the parade at the Walkway of Lights location, what do you recommend I do?

A: To diminish the gathering of crowds, we will have the Walkway of Lights already lighted and opened by the time the parade has ended. There is still going more spectators there than usual, so we recommend coming another night to walk through the lights if you are concerned. We have plenty of fun activities happening most nights at the Walkway of Lights, so check them out here.
